Reservations must be made (by phone or online) on or before Friday, Sept. 24, by 5:00 p.m. EST to get the group rate of $165 plus tax. Suites are also available for an additional cost.

Call either of the numbers listed above or visit the hotel website to make your reservation today. Check-in on Friday, Oct. 22 is at 3:00 p.m., and checkout on Sunday, Oct. 24 is at 12:00 p.m.

There is $37 shuttle service between the hotel and Baltimore Washington Airport (BWI). The hotel is also accessible from Dulles International Airport (IAD), about 60 miles away, or by National Airport (DCA), which is about 45 miles away, by rental car. Be aware that there is usually a considerable amount of traffic in both the Washington and Baltimore metropolitan areas on weekdays, especially on a Friday night.

There is a self-parking fee of $15 per day to park at the hotel.

A limited number of refrigerators and microwaves are available to rent. Microwaves are $15, for the entire weekend, and refrigerators are $15, per night. For example, if you stay at the hotel from Friday through Sunday and get both a refrigerator and microwave, the fee is $45. Be sure to indicate on your registration form if you want one or both in your room. These must be reserved through FAAN, not the hotel; however, the fees for these items will be included on your hotel bill.
