What her friends do to help her manage her food allergy:
“My friends help me manage my food allergy by always checking the ingredients on foods before they give them to me. They also tell me if there is a food in their house that has nuts. Additionally, they always try to make sure that there aren’t any foods with nuts at their parties. If nuts somehow sneak in, they make sure that I know, so that I won’t eat anything dangerous.”
